Help identify our busiest bus stops

We have funding for temporary measures to support physical distancing at busy bus shelters throughout South Ayrshire. Whilst bus usage is currently lower than it was, as restrictions continue to ease this will begin to increase.

Measures could include removing parking to create extra footway space and relocating shelters.

In partnership with Stagecoach and Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) we are already installing physical distancing posters in all bus shelters throughout South Ayrshire. (See the poster below the map for more details.)

We would like to hear from you about locations where you think these measures could be helpful. These include the busiest bus stops, bus stops where the footway is particularly narrow, and bus stops where users are having specific problems.
